1. Services Provided
I, Joseph provides premium web design, development, and template customization services. The specific details, deliverables, and timeline of your project will be outlined in a formal Project Proposal or Invoice prior to the commencement of any work.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure your project stays on schedule, you agree to provide all necessary assets (text copy, images, branding materials, and logins) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may result in project delays that fall outside the estimated delivery window.
3. Payment Terms
- Custom Projects: Require a 50% upfront deposit to secure a spot in my schedule and begin development. The remaining 50% balance is strictly due upon project completion, prior to the website going live or source files being handed over.
- Templates: Require 100% upfront payment before customization and deployment begin.
All payments are non-refundable once development has commenced due to the unrecoverable time and labor invested.
4. Revisions & Scope Creep
Standard custom projects include up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions during the design phase. Requests that fall outside the original agreed-upon scope (e.g., adding new pages, complex features, or complete redesigns) will be quoted separately at a fixed rate.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you own the full rights to the customized website design and structure. However, i will reserves the right to display the completed project in my marketing materials as proof of work done.
